How to report an issue

Email [CORRECTIONS EMAIL] with the page URL, the statement at issue, the evidence supporting the correction, and the market or date involved. Replace this placeholder before launch.

How we respond

We review the primary source and any supporting material. A clear factual error is corrected promptly. A disputed judgment may be clarified with additional evidence rather than removed.

Correction labels

• Corrected: a material factual statement was wrong.
• Updated: new information was added after publication.
• Clarified: wording was revised to prevent a reasonable misunderstanding without changing the underlying fact.
• Archived: content is retained for historical context and clearly marked as no longer current.

Recordkeeping

Material corrections include a note describing what changed and the correction date. Minor spelling, formatting, or broken-link fixes may be made without a note when they do not alter meaning.
